Great place. Clean and tidy. Staff are friendly and helpful. 6 pools to choose from, restaurant and bar. Small supermarket open until midnight. Only issue was the location, a little far out of town but nothing major.
A haven just away from the centre of Sunny Beach. It has 6 swimming pools and a restaurant. Beautiful roses everywhere if you come in the flowering season normally May/June. Lovely greenery all around the complex, hats off to the gardeners. It is kept immaculately clean

A really pleasant set of apartment blocks. Staff are really lovely and helpful. Had an issue with our toilet that needed tiling removing to fix. They arranged convenient time around our plans and all fixed the next day. 6 pools for the kids to enjoy, great food on site. Close enough to the beach to benefit and far enough away from the drinking zones not to be affected. Will definitely look to be back in years to come. One of the most relaxed, comfortable and secure places we have holidayed. Lovely.
Rooms are old, many things broken. We asked New room, but never got one. We were 3 weeks. Cleaning was sometimes 5 days apart. No Cleaning for toiletseat not once. Didn't get the trash. Room wasnt in pictures on site.Tv didnt work …
Accomodation as good as advertised, rooms are decently equiped, 2k smart tv-s, AC, kitchen are all good.
The pools are open 24/7 and the temperature is perfect.
The restaurant/bar makes good food, portions are okay for the price. The pizza is excellent though.
We were lucky to get an apartment at the back of the resort (the sound of kids didn’t bother us at all). Place is clean, food is average but most important: the price is adequate for the facilities it supplies.
Beautiful place. The nicest resort we hace ever been. 6 pools availeble, beautiful garden, air condicion in everry room, good speed of internet. ||They DONT have a privet beach, its 20min walk to the beach, witch is also beautiful.
